Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and QuneticLabs LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway #10578, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By creating an account or using FrameQ (frameq.ai) you accept them.

The service

FrameQ generates short vertical videos from topics you choose — script, narration, visuals, captions and music — and can schedule and publish them to channels you connect. AI-generated content can contain mistakes: you are responsible for reviewing videos before they are published, and the service gives you the tools to do that.

Credits

Every action that costs credits shows its price before you confirm it. Credits are debited when a job starts; if the job fails, its credits are automatically returned. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and — where paid plans apply — are refundable only where the law requires it.

While the service is in its early-access phase, some or all functionality is provided free of charge. Plans, allowances and prices may change with notice in the app.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

Your content and licenses

You own the videos the service produces for you, to the fullest extent we can grant it. Stock footage, photos and music are licensed from their providers (for example Pexels, Pixabay and Creative Commons–licensed music); those licenses travel with your video, and where a license requires attribution the service appends it to the video description — you agree not to remove attribution a license requires.

When you upload your own footage you confirm you hold the necessary rights to it. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process and render your content into videos and deliver them where you direct.

Videos are AI-generated, and the service declares synthetic media to platforms wherever a disclosure mechanism exists (for example YouTube's altered-content flag).

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates the policies of the platforms it is published to. We enforce rate limits and content checks, and we may refuse, pause or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Connected platforms

Connecting a channel authorizes the service to act on your behalf there: uploading and scheduling the videos you approve and reading their performance. Each platform's own terms apply to you — for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service — and the platforms, not we, decide matters like monetization, reach, moderation and strikes. Disconnecting a channel revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

Our service

The service, its software, design and brand remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that generated content is accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or any level of views, revenue or platform performance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we will notify you.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content produced or hosted through the service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the material, its location and your contact details; we will investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
